State Vesak’ Festival in Nuwara Eliya District

President Anura Kumara Disanayake, who participated in the inauguration ceremony of the ‘State Vesak’ Festival in the Nuwara Eliya District, visited the Nuwara Eliya International Buddhist Centre.

During his visit, the President called on the Chief Prelate of the Nuwara Eliya International Buddhist Centre Temple, Assistant Director of Pirivena Education in Nuwara Eliya, and Lekakadhikari of the Sashanarakshana Balamandalaya in Nuwara Eliya Region, Most Venerable Kirioruwe Dheerananda Thero, to review the future arrangements of the State Vesak Festival.
