Senior Professor Kapila C. K. Perera Appointed as Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development

Senior Professor Kapila C. K. Perera has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.

The letter of appointment was presented to him by Dr Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Secretary to the President, at the Presidential Secretariat.

Prior to this appointment, Senior Professor Kapila C. K. Perera served as the Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation.
