Donation of Rs. 5m from Rekhas Sri Jewellery

A donation of Rs. 5 million from Rekhas Sri Jewellery to the ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund

The ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund, established to restore the livelihoods of people affected by Cyclone Ditwah and to rebuild the country in the aftermath of the disaster, continues to receive contributions daily from numerous local and foreign institutions as well as philanthropists.

Accordingly, Rekhas Sri Jewellery has donated Rs. 5 million to the fund.

On behalf of Rekhas Sri Jewellery, its Director, Mr Rengasamy Sasiharan, and Manager, Mr K. K. Kedheeswaran, presented a cheque to the Secretary to the President, Dr Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, at the Presidential Secretariat.
